They have to ensure that accurate booking information is ascertained and communicated to the resort. They will also handle incoming queries, initiate email/SMS campaigns and manage/update the existing database.

The incumbent would be required to make outbound calls to a select database to set up appointments for Sales Visit / Product Presentation and using strong and professional pitch will generate leads/prospects for their subsequent conversions. The person would also be responsible for conducting BTL activities amongst the corporate, housing complex and other high footfall areas.
Adequate care must be taken by the Executive while preparing the Query Form, BEF Form, Offer Letter, Agreement and Function Prospectus concerning the accurate requirements of the corporate which in turn must be communicated to the Member Relation Executive within proper timelines.
